If you have any questions or comments about your order or about our products we'd love to hear from you. Returns & Replacements
Food items may not be returned. However any damaged items will be replaced. All shipments are insured.
Ordering
Please enjoy shopping on our site. Simply add items to your "cart" and then click "checkout" or "continue shopping."
Viewing Orders
After you place an order you will receive a confirmation via email. Then when your order ships you will receive an invoice that includes the tracking number for your shipment.
Updating Account Information
When you check out you can check out as a guest or "register."  The benefits of registering include faster orders the next time you order, and easy access to your account history and invoices. However, we understand that not everyone wishes to create an account and it's quite permissible to checkout as a guest; in which case no information about you is retained in our system after the order ships.
Our Newsletter
Some online stores use a newsletter to blast out advertisments trying to get people to buy things. We're simply not going to do that, and we're planning something different, with short articles on seasonal specialties and ingredients, occasional recipes, and news and updates from the culinary scene in Italy. Of course we may also occasionally highlight something "particolare" that we've found for our store, but that's not the main purpose. If you are interested in Italian cuisine, we think you'll enjoy our newsletter and we promise not to overwhelm you. We also are signing up with a service that automatically supports "safe unsubscribe", so if you decide you don't like what we're sending you can be assured that you can get off the list easily.
