A balsamic glaze or cream has the essence of balsamic vinegar but a thicker consistency. It's perfect to squeeze a small drizzle onto grilled steak or shrimp, with cheese, or on cooked vegetables or a salad. Often balsamic glazes can be infused with additional flavors.
